Strategic Partner - Andrew C. Hildebrand,
CPA, CVA, JD
The founder of and primary strategic partner for AARRO,
Inc., Mr. Hildebrand is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College
and Dickinson School of Law. In addition to his academic
degrees, Mr. Hildebrand is a licensed Certified Public Accountant
(CPA), licensed in Pennsylvania, has earned the designation
Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association
of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), is an attorney
(JD), licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland and an adjunct
faculty member at the Keller Graduate School of Management
of DeVry University.
Project Manager
As a Project Manager for mid-sized tax compliance software
company, Mr. Hildebrand operated effectively in a team-based,
technical environment. Mr. Hildebrand successfully worked with
all levels of the organization in order to implement new initiatives,
while continuing to manage existing initiatives. In his role
as a Project Manager, Mr. Hildebrand demonstrated superior
organizational, collaborative and managerial skills. This leadership
role required decisiveness and constant attention to detail
to effectively plan and efficiently execute projects within
timing and monetary constraints. While being mindful of the
details of his various projects, Mr. Hildebrand also effectively
mentored management and teams in strategic planning and process
improvement. |
